Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 7–12 business days to the United States, 7–14 to Europe, and 10–18 to the rest of the world.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on US orders over $70. For orders below $70 or shipping to other destinations, rates are calculated at checkout and always shown before you pay.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Where do your products ship from?
We work with vetted manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia and ship directly from their facilities. That keeps our prices fair and our range wide, and it’s why standard delivery takes 7–14 days rather than next-day. Every order is tracked end to end.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return?
Email us at irfanullah@omamaco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and issue return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular items are restocked regularly. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when items are back in stock.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
