Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at irfanullah@almstore.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back — we will reply with the return address and instructions for your order. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care and beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.

Refunds

We will email you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at irfanullah@almstore.shop.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
