Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping on all orders over $70 USD to the United States, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Orders under $70 USD to these destinations: US customers are charged $8.00 standard or $15.00 express at checkout; for the other 12 countries, shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's total weight and destination country. For all other destinations, live carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@almstore.shop and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. A.L.M is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
