Built for batching
- Press and stack in one motion. Each patty drops onto the one below it, separated, ready for the freezer.
- Same thickness every time. Patties cook at the same rate, so nothing comes out burnt next to something raw.
- Straight from freezer to pan. Take one off the top. The rest stay frozen and stacked.

How to use it
- Line the mould with a small square of parchment if you plan to freeze for more than a month.
- Drop in a handful of mince and press down until it stops.
- Lift, and the patty stays in the stack.
- Repeat until the column is full, then lid it and freeze.
- Twist one off the top whenever you need it.

Do the patties stick together?

Turkey, chicken, lamb, salmon cakes, black bean and veggie patties, falafel — anything you would shape by hand.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Hand wash only — heat can warp PET.
